Uninor Brings Real Customer Real Value Programs in Andhra Pradesh

Uninor one of the emerging telecom operator, has organized a ‘Real Customer Real Value’ program from May 6, 2010 to May 13, 2010 intending to reward the retailers who have gained high usage GSM subscribers over the past three months. This program has been planned to take place after every 90 days across 20 districts in Andhra Pradesh.

Offering superior value to mid and high end users, Uninor follows a customized and segmented approach in the market. The award-winning retailers were identified based on Total recharge value and customers’ stability on network. The significance of this reward is that it is not given because of the number of subscribers acquired but the usage of the subscribers on the network and the value they derive.

Dushyan Vaithiyanathan (Executive Vice President, AP, Uninor) said, “We at Uninor value our retailers and build long term associations. We would like our retailers to get a share of the usage thereby helping to drive good quality subscribers – thus bringing in this concept of Real Customer Real Value.”
